To walk
the path of yoga
is to awaken to who we are,
so that we may stand with the
strength and roots of a mountain
but be prepared and able to move with the fluidity of the sea.
Through the regular practice of meditation, conscious breathing, relaxation and different postures, more light can shine through our beings - Illuminating who we are. We undo, release, heal, accept, and realize. Greater strength, suppleness and well-being are felt as we become more conscious of the Joy, Love, Peace, Truth and Freedom that, at essence, we are. |
