La Gomera, The Canaries, is a beautiful, little-known island of tranquillity and contrast - with dry, high dramatic cliffs rising out of the Atlantic ocean, to it's mountainous core of green, misty laurel rainforests, banana plantations and terraces.

The yoga is practised within a lovely hexagonal studio in the garden, complimented by the sound of the ocean.
Morning meditations will be held outside just above the beach, as the day begins.
With it's own beach, swimming in the warm, crystal clear sea or within the finca in its two pools is essential.













Explore the rainforest at the top of the island.



Take a boat trip to see families of dolphins and whales, or visit the little port town with other beaches.










There is a variety of individually styled accommodation on offer, at different prices. Starting with beautiful wooden huts in the plantation garden with shared bathrooms,



and moving up towards shared ensuite rooms with sea views. A few single options are available with a supplement charge.



3 delicious, organic vegetarian buffet meals are served daily (no dinner on the tuesday), with all the tables offering sea views,

and beautiful sunsets.

A variety of professional, quality, healing treatments are available through out the week to compliment the yoga.

Directions:
Flights in to Tenerife. Then boat trip to La Gomera. approx 90 mins to the nearest harbour (5 mins from Finca) or 30 mins to other side of island with bus trip or taxi to the centre.

Finca Argayall has a range of accommodation. Hence complete prices start at 790 euros for staying in the garden, increasing to 880 euros for an ensuite room facing the ocean.

Summerhouse: -new, spacious and set in the garden shade, these are wooden 'houselets' with verandas, a small garden area and garden table and chairs. 790 euros
Garden Rooms - A row of prettily decorated rooms along a shared shady veranda, with use of shared showers and bathrooms at either end. Quiet and comfortable, each room is simply designed and most have washbasins. 790 euros
En suite Rooms - A row of larger ensuite rooms at the heart of the Finca facing the sea with small private balconies at rear. Each room has patio doors leading on to communal sea view veranda.
