JAmes Jewell Yoga Retreats

7 day retreat July 25th-1st August and 7 day retreat October 10th-17th 2010

Molino del Rey was originally restored from an old water mill, nestled in the heart of the Yoga Retreat Spain Andalucia Yoga Classes Yoga Holidaysmountain range, Sierra de las nieves. Its main attraction is that it is surrounded by moorish water channels, creating refreshing little waterfalls and streams throughout the centre.

The sound is blissfully serene and conducive to a retreat, as are the caves! The numbers are limited to 14.
The yoga studio is simply beautiful - light, airy and very spacious, it is always kept refreshingly cool by adjoining caves.

Morning meditations in the studio or overlooking the valley, and Evening meditations in the full silence of the womb like caves.

Lovingly prepared vegetarian brunch and dinner are taken outside on the terrace, surrounded by lemon trees and other heavenly scented flowers, with far reaching views across the Jorox valley.
These substantial meals, with a choice of many dishes every meal, make lunch an optional snack time.
